Whether is takes one week or multiple years to find your dream home, my job is to support and guide you so you can achieve your real estate goals.

Start the Process

Let's connect via Zoom or in person and discover your goals, needs, wants, and important timelines.

If you plan on using financing, getting pre-approved with a local lender is imperative. If you would like referrals, I will gladly provide you with a list of trusted and top-notch loan officers.

Let's narrow down the search by identifying your preferred location(s). This will include doing our due diligence with neighborhood education as well as identifying core criteria.

Our search includes email notifications when new listings become available, private showings, and open houses.

STEP

Once you've found a home you love, we will strategically write an offer to maximize your chances of winning in a potential multiple offer situation.

STEP

Once your offer is accepted, we will move through any contingencies and once they've been completed, we will close and ownership will be transferred to you!
