After offer is received, agree to the term and establish mutual acceptance.

Buyer brings own inspector and negotiate repair terms with seller.

Buyer's lender sends out appraiser to walk through the property to confirm/establish value.

Seller signs Closing Documents and moves out of the property or moving date is sent.
