Meet Devon
Born and raised in the PNW, Devon Kruse knows why people love to call this region home. Between dodging raindrops on her outdoor adventures and finding the perfect spot to get her coffee fix, Devon is a devoted and knowledgeable broker who loves sharing her energy and local insight with buyers and sellers throughout Seattle and the Eastside.
As a UW graduate with a degree in biology and a Sales Certificate from Foster’s Professional Sales Program, Devon loves finding new ways to help people and the planet. Prior to real estate, Devon worked in medical device sales, and now uses her skills in negotiation, market research and client education to benefit her buyers and sellers. For Devon, the most important aspect of real estate is transparency about the process and giving her clients all the information they need to make the decisions that are right for them; it’s this personal connection that truly sets Devon apart from other brokers.
More than closing sales, Devon is driven by a desire to see her clients achieve their goals — whether they’re first-time homebuyers putting down roots in a new neighborhood, moving up to a house that better suits their needs, or selling their property as they prepare for a new chapter — client-first service is the core of Devon’s approach to real estate. Her lifetime spent in the region has made her a veritable neighborhood expert, and Devon is happy to put her hard-earned experience to work for her clients whenever she can.
When she’s not busy helping clients, Devon is passionate about the environment and giving back to her community by supporting the work of the Windermere Foundation in addressing homelessness. Devon is also an avid outdoor adventurer who enjoys hikes in the Cascades, camping and boating with friends. She’s thrilled to play any part in your real estate journey as you prepare for your future.
